GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all cased hole operations working closely with Production and Engineering Staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for all HSE on jobs, safety is a priority.
  • Responsible for Jetta Culture / Core Values. Integrity, Equanimity, Perseverance, Creativity, Curiosity.
  • Source and procure required WSU and associated equipment.
  • Ensure best practices are followed with rod and tubing handling / make up.
  • Work directly with production staff and engineers.
  • Ensure all tickets / invoices are correct and updated.
  • Complete and submit accurate reports in ORS.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Lease Operator 
  • Current Well Control Certification
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
  • Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience is a plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS OR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
  • No minimum education requirements, however, H.S. Diploma or GED is preferred
  • 7 years minimum cased hole experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Climbing 16’ or 25’ stairs
  • Frequently lifting up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Occasionally working in severe weather conditions including extreme hot and cold temperatures
  • Muddy and wet conditions are frequent
  • H2S Certification will be required within 90 days of employment; company provides training
